How does it work?
Choose the hotel that is most convenient for you, click on "Book my bike" and then follow the instructions. You must enter date, pick-up time and end times and the number and size of bikes. Finally, enter your personal details and complete the payment. At your chosen collection point, you must present the hotel with a valid identity document to receive your bike.
Can I still collect my bike at the hotel if I am not a guest?
Yes. You just have to present your identity document to collect your bike at the hotel.
Can I rent a bike without a booking?
No. A reservation is required. Even if the bike is currently available, it might be booked for the following hours. Only if you book it online can we ensure that the bike is free for all of the time you need it. However it's possible to book a bike online even with only one hour’s notice.
Is authentication necessary?
Yes, the authentication is very easy and can be done instantly through your Facebook account.
Is it possible to pay with cash or other ways of payment?
No, currently it's only possible to pay with a Credit Card.
Why do I have to pay a booking deposit?
We ask for a small booking deposit equal to 5% of the total rental because we need to ensure that you will find your bike in the best condition. In addition, the bike will remain reserved for you for the entire duration specified by your booking.
Can I have the deposit back if I don't pick up my bike? Can I cancel a booking?
No, for the reasons explained above, we cannot refund the deposit.
Can I modify a booking?
Contact us at least 24 hours before the pick-up time, and we will try to find a solution subject to the availability of the bikes. With less than 24 hours it is not possible to modify a booking. In all cases the Rental Term and Conditions remain valid..
Can I return a bike after the rental end time? What happens if I return a bike after the rental end time?
You can't return a bike after the rental end time, because the bike might have been booked by other customers. If for exceptional reasons you are late, contact us. We may charge you additional costs as per the Rental Term and Conditions.
What should I do in case the bike is broken or not working properly?
Contact us as soon as possible.
What should I do in case of incident involving other people?
